The cost of building out a new schedule is largely based on a school’s size and the complexity of its instructional system. For example, a schedule for a K-8 school of 300 or fewer students with relatively narrow elective options will involve many fewer variables and take less time to design and implement than one for a K-12 school with numerous course choices for students.

Smaller-scale projects start at approximately $12,000, with larger schools and more complex needs increasing cost proportionately.

If your school only needs its schedule redesigned and will handle implementation in-house, prices start from $7,500.
