The cost of building out a new schedule is largely based on a school’s size and the complexity of its instructional system. For example, a schedule for a K-8 school of 300 or fewer students with relatively narrow elective options will involve many fewer variables and take less time to design and implement than one for a K-12 school with numerous course choices for students.

Smaller-scale projects start at approximately $12,000, while larger schools with more complex needs start at $20,000. 

Schedule Design Only

If your school only needs its schedule redesigned and will handle implementation in-house, prices range from $7,500 to $15,000, depending on complexity.
