Your needs, your way.
Embarking on a schedule overhaul–or even simply taking a step back to examine a school’s needs– can feel incredibly daunting. Our process is designed to bring a plethora of voices to the table and reduce the anxiety that such a major change can bring about.
The Process
Before setting foot on campus, we will conduct a thorough document review to get acquainted with your school’s mission, curriculum, and educational priorities. During this process, we examine curriculum guides, blueprints (or other schematics) of your building(s), handbooks, and any other items that will help to clarify your instructional system.
After document review is complete, we begin a series of onsite tours, class visits, and meetings designed to gather as much input as possible from stakeholders.
The final step is the iterative drafting process, in which we design a series of sample schedules and solicit feedback as appropriate for your school. From there, we work to make changes that will inform the final choice that the institution adopts. After this comes implementation using your school’s existing or chosen software (Veracross, Senior Systems, etc.).
